Kaaz LSD, worth it?

Im looking into the Kaaz LSD on my 3vz, does anyone have any experience with this unit?
Being mechanical type there is often talk of 'chattering' and it not being as smooth as say a viscous type LSD, my car will always be my daily so will this affect driveability and liveability?
some people say LSD is overkill for our NA cars, but i still spin one wheel!

try new tyres first... a much cheaper option. i can absolutley smoke my front right if im turning right in my car...right handers are a bit hairy, but a left hander is silky smooth. maybe if you can find a 1.5 way lsd... a 2.0 way is a bit too much for a fwd daily driver.

but.. tyres first.

Cool

AFA needing it, unless you're road racing your Cam, there isn't a reason to have it. 3vz has a ton of torque, but unless you're pushing more than 220hp on it, you can't light both the tires up from a stop I don't see much need for one.

Better launching technique will fix one wheel chirping. btw what work have you done so far wibbit? Sounds like you've found some extra power, cause it won't burn one tire up unless you're really up the rpm range when you dump the clutch!

last time i dynoed the car i had about 120kW@the wheels, it should be a tiny bit more today with the CDA and high flow cat. If i launch at 3000rpm the car will spin one wheel and wanna turn left as a result. also on corners the outside wheel can be jus slipping away. this is all on dry road

yeh im looking into the 1.5 way LSD. my current tyres are goodyear F1s, good tread on the front. I will get 225/45 sports tyres as soon as my Gram Lights arrive.

So you getting paid how much to say that?
Is it overly aggressive or smooth enough to be on a daily?

nothing ... I just really love the product so I push it ... Its pretty aggressive... It is a race lsd, but I would say away from 2ways ... Because 2way lsd are for rear drive only...
