You should replace seals and make sure you have no problems with your engine.
If you wanted to optimally do it, you should perform the required fuel upgrades like getting a piggy-back fuel controller, adjustable fpr, possibly larger injectors.
A compression check would be a good idea too.
I'd also think that replacing your catback would be beneficial (get something like 3" tubing to kill all backpressure).
If you want to go for high-boost, you should also get forged internals and an intercooler (if your kit doesn't come with an intercooler).
Any kit out there for the 5S-FE should be designed to work with stock internals. But if you plan on upping the boost, forged intenals. Do some searching, you should be able to find all of this info.

^nitrous...again, your engine needs to handle it...other than that, theres not really ONE mod that will gain you that much hp...several mods however will get you close...unless you bored out your engine

Well... if putting in a tubo will requier me to rebuild my engine, then i might not go for it.
is there any other way i could at least gain 20-30 more hp?
thanks.
You don't HAVE to rebuild it. But its good to do that. Your engine will last longer and you can get more power.
As for Forced Induction, You have 3 options.
RippMods Supercharger Drive system.
Around 50-75 HP increase w/ stage 1 kit.
3500$$ USD.
Burien Turbo Kit
I think 2500$ w/o an intercooler.
Custom aka One made by you.
It'll Cost at least 1000-1500 for doing the majority of the work yourself. You install it yourself, You weld everything, etc.

Burien makes one for the Gen3? Or is it for the MR2?
Last time I checked Allen's pricing, it cost him almost $4000 to build a kit.

Yeah, but his is good.
Last i heard. White90DX, I believe said you can put one together for 1000 if you really know wtf your doing.
Also, I believe allen took it to a shop, and didn't do it himself. That adds a lot.
One more thing.. where is the cheapest place i can get a cold air intake for it.?
sorry, no one makes a CAI for the 5sfe camry.
you will have to custom make one... and for what? 3 more hp, and a alot of loud useless noise under the hood... if you end up getting a turbo or supercharger... they come with intakes, which are pretty much short ram intakes, and a bit noisy lil sons of a bitches.
if you're looking for more power now... just prop in a k&n stock air box filter, ENJOY YOUR RESINATED INTAKE FOR AS LONG AS YOU CAN!
