When i turn on the A/C on the RPM will go up and down for every 15 seconds interval...for example A/C on, 15 seconds later "click" the RPM go up, then 15 seconds later "click" again the RPM go down, i am just wondering is that normal for a Gen3 Camry?
I can hear a "click" sound every 15 seconds, and also can tell by looking at the RPM.

So it's prefectly normal even it changes every 15 seconds???
If you turn on the A/C, if there is something wrong with the system, will it cause the engine to OVRERHEAT, the reason i ask this is coz i remebered last yr when i turn on the A/C few mins later the engine overheat.
Mine has always idle dup and down, even after I ahd a friend rebuild my A/C compressor and have it swaped to r134a afterwards.
A/C has little to do with the temperature of the engine. It only adds a small amount of load to it. You sure it wasn't jsut overheating from normal overheating causes???

Just sat on my friend 1994 Camry (my one is v6) when he turn on the A/C and it's at the traffic light, the idle doesn't go up and down like mind. My car would go up and down every 15 secs and sometimes when it go down, i can feel the car shacking!!!

It's possible that your A/C is cycling on and off on the low pressure switch. Check the A/C charge to verify.

Sorry what do u mean? How can i test it? I just had my A/C re-gas 2 weeks ago!!
How about the Compressor belt tension? would that cause the idle to be up and down when the A/C is on?? And also if the Compressor belt need to adjust....how to adjust and where is the Compressor belt??
Thanks

Itīs normal that engine rpm changes a little bit when A/C is working.
The compressor works at intervals, thatīs why u feel rpm changes every 15 sec.
The click means that the magnetic copling is doing iīts job.
The compressor needs about to 8hp from the engine at every interval (In uīr case, every 15sec)
Sometimes u got 2 adjust the A/C idle control.
Normally u can do that easly by moving a manual screw close 2 the EFI admision manifold.
Sorry, but donīt know where is it situated in uīr car.

FYI,
A/C systems do not need to be charged (re-gased, toped off, filled, etc.) The only time refrigerant needs to be added to the system is if there's a leak and you're losing gas. Since you had someone work on your A/C system 2 weeks ago that's a big hint that somethings up with it. Take it back to then and tell them your A/C system is short cycling and that you would like them to check the charge. If it's low on gas tell them you would like the leak fixed before you add more refrigerant. It's actually illegal per the EPA rules to add charge without checking for a leak.
