none of the stuff i said was ricey.. the tails I'm talkin about are like drews... and well the kit, I guess to each his own. But I don't plan on having a kit and no engine mods... i'm no ricer, although I do stick my head out the window and scream it if I see one

i'd say suspension first. lower it w/ springs (eibach) and change w/ struts (tokico). you'll notice the difference immediately. yeah then i agree w/ maddawg...save the money for the rippmod header (which i have ) and then s/c. and you'll want to get a full catback system to take full advantage of the s/c and header...then a CAI
wish i had enough $$$ for a s/c...it'll complete my "performance" mods

dont waste your money on stupid shit. get a supercharger or turbo kit. do some engine work, something real.
i'd do
wheels + tires
suspension, then
turbo or S/C
then bodykit and paintjob
Imma modify it one little bit.
1. Suspension
2. Wheels and tires
3. Engine "beef up" (If you wanna, but you should think about it so your engine doesn't blow after you run tons of boost)
4. Turbo or S/c
5. Kit and Paintjob.
Ruffrydasean nots saying what you did is rice.
I'm saying leave off the rice and sink the wasted money into the engine.

Then buy a forged-internals kit and a rebuild kit and a turbo/supercharger kit and make the enigne into a beast. You may need to swap in a new tranny as well to handle the power.
And get a BOV that sounds like the crack of a whip.
