I bought my 99 Camry V6 from my cousin. He cut the springs into half made the car lower. Now i wanna have a new lower suspension for more comfort. I need some suggestions for the springs, shocks, everything needed for the new suspension. Thank you so so much!
first of all....cutting stock springs is probably the BIGGEST no no of all....if you do any aggressive driving, you should rightfully be run off the road and dead by now...
and you have many choices
tein
eibach
intrax
h&r
and more

For a comfort suspension, I would recommend the Eibach and Tokico combo. I had the combo on for 20 hrs, and it was REALLY comfy, a lot better ride than my H&Rs. But for the BEST ride I would just say keep the OEM suspension (or at least get the OEM springs since yours are cut)

ummm....how are tokicos good for comfort? they're not as bad as the koni's, but they're wayyy harsher than the kybs

well.... how does when you go over a bump, and the stock OEM shocks, after the bump, you're still moving back and forth... thats what i can stand about those shocks.
i have tokico struts and eibach springs. it's not as comfy as OEM, but still not bad. only over rough surfaces it is pretty stiff. but around corners is awesome. in my opinion well worth the tradeoff (comfy vs better handling)

For springs if you want everything in one package, the best setup is Vogtlands, Tockicos and whiteline. The Vogtland springs give the best drop/ride compromise.
As for the KYB's mention earlier, i had them on my camry for a year and a half, They blew within the first 7 months of use, with no drop. Had i been able to get the money sooner(and weather to work on my car on a day off) i would have change out the tokicos sooner.
