USA Dash Ground location

I bought a '92 Camry 4-cylinder to polish up and notice that the temperature guage isn't working. Then I see that the fuel guage is sluggish and I am getting poor reception on the factory radio. I'm thinking that it could be something as a bad ground. Does anyone know where that is located?

I've got a '95, when I was installing my neon under the dash, I grounded to one of the screws that was near the fuse box behind that little change pocket thing. If you need to find a ground, use a voltage tester and see where you can get the most consistent (sp?) voltage flow. I'm pretty sure the gauge and radio are on different grounds.

BTW One time my radio lost reception, the antenna connector had fell off
