The timing belt should be replaced every ~60,000 miles. As for the rest, check your manual, because it might have the answers.

when you replace the timing belt you might as well do the water pump too. oil pump rarely goes bad in toyotas.... last time my water pump went bad i replaced the timing belt as well since you/mech is going to be in that area already

Timing belt, 2 accessory belts, water pump, and the tensioner spring.

Check the idler/tensioner pulleys and replace if their bad.

Check the front main seal and cam seal(s) for any sign of leakage.

Timing belt
Tensioner and guide bearings
Camshaft gasket
Crankshaft gasket
Other gaskets in front of engine (Gaskets r pretty cheap)
Water pump
Valve cover gasket in case of taking off.
Oil cap gasket.

Tips:
Clean engine's front with carburator cleaner after removing belt and bearings, and before removing old gaskets.
Then remove old gaskets, clean shaft's surfaces and use grease to fit brand new ones. (Only grease the inner side of the gaskets a little bit)

Good luck!
