D light not coming on

Aight just a couple days ago i installed new gauge faces and of course had to take off all plugs to the dash such as the gear shifter thingy and all other things. after i had finished installing i noticed that the D light (drive) doesnt come on anymore. what would cause this and what is my solution to get this bak to normal? o and its an 88 camry just to mention just in case.

More than likely, your bulb is kaput. I'd replace the 2 and L bulbs with D. Howmany times have you used 2 or L...

you'll need those lil #74 bulbs it's real easy to replace. the only hard part is getting the cluster cover off 5 screws on top(3 above the cluster) (2 on the sides) then the rest pulls out with those clips holding it in.
