What year camry do you have? Engine type?

THe ones floating around ebay are 8gauge. IMHO the 8gauge is too small to create a difference in anything.

You won't notice a difference with a ground kit unless you upgrade "the big 3;" alt+ to battery+, engine to chassis, bat- to chassis.

What exactly do you wish to know?

A ground kit will only help if you upgrade the big 3. You should get better idle, throttle response, and your lights won't dim if you have subwoofers.

I used wire called "Cab-tire", wich has water, fuel/oil, abrasion, and high temperature resistant rubber insulation. Many strands, flexible, and reasonable in price. (Home Depot)

I got the 4 gauge size wich is used to bring power to 480-600V industrial equipment, like a welding machine. Check out some battery booster cables too!

I used amplifier power line, 4gauge. It conducts energy very well and has a thick rubber insulation.
