Increasing The Air Inside The Engine

Hi My Friends..................

Every Body Know That More Air Inside The Engine Means More Fuel To Burn Which Lead To Increase In Power And Acceleration.

But Did Any One Notice What About the Fuel Economy .
My Question Is If I Install A New K&N Filter To Increase The Amount Of Air That Inters the Engine Will it Consume More Fuel Or Less.

And What Is The diffrence Between The Stock And The New Filter In Milage ( Distance For Car To Run In A Full tank)

Yeah more power means more gas wasted, but a filter isnt really heavy mod, actually cant even feel any difference. Go turbo or supercharge and u will feel the burn in your wallet and gas lol

not really.... depends on how fast the air is entering inside your car.... if its coming in a little bit faster than normal, but nothing like a supercharger, it should increase gas mileage... go buy the k&n air filter, it shouldnt increase no more than 5hp, do a MPG test, i garuntee an increase of something...

k&n filters are designed to make your airbox work like its running without an air filter and with excellent filtration. so increases depend on how restrictive your stock filter is

does it hurt to press the shift key so often? thats also quite hard to read.

go the K&N filer if you plan to clean it. NOTHING ELSE, you wont notice any power difference/milage difference after 10km or so after you put it in.

thats not completely true... You do sometimes gain fuel economy when you up the effciency of your more... An engine is nothing but a air pump ... If you make it breath better and flow better, that makes the engine more effcient... By doing so ups the fuel mileage per gallon...
