Question Removing Trunk Trim?

ive been changing all my exterior light bulbs on my Gen5.5, the headlights and everything are done, and the only ones left are the rear number plate lights....

but the problem is that there is a grey trim in the trunk that i need to remove to actually get assess to those bulbs. I know i need to remove a bunch of those little plastic "screws" that hold it on but how do you remove those?

they are not really "screws" so turning them doesnt work.....
and if i pull too hard they look like they will break....
so what is the correct way to remove those plastic things?

thanks.

hey...those screws probably are like the ones in mine...if you turn them around a1/4 to either 1/2 a turn they will actually pull out slightly...grab around the edge of the cirlce piece it sits in...and turn the screw...as you turn it try to pull it out...the screw should start to "stand" up and you should be able to pull it out...when the screw tightens down it spreads open the backing which holds it in place...when it comes out as you turn it it will close up the backing allowing you to pull it out...sorry to explain in so many words....
