It's a fancy name for the 'combining' of the primary and secondary air flow vectors.
You see the main part of the tube where these to flow parameters exist?
Well i assume towards the end, these two combine.

all any of these intakes give you is a few horsepower at the most, our intakes arent poorly designed, intakes like that weapon-r really change the sound though!

lol @ hookup for ram intake.. yeah.. to "ram" air at a useful rate you gotta go at least 250kph. and it sstill useless because the sides of teh pods still suck hot air from ya engine bay

I personally believe in the aero dynamic theory behind the intake design. My exhaust Aero-Turbine has the same theory behind it and I feel the theory in the seat of my pants. So I hope they come out with a model for the V6 Camry's cause I want one.
