Making blinkers blink faster

my g/f has a 92 (i believe) camry. she saw i had made my blinkers blink faster. and she wanted me to do it to hers. on mine all i had to do was solder a new capacitor in the blinker relay. i was looking for fuse block inside the car but the only fuses i found were under the hood and none of the relays were for blinkers. how would i go about making her blinkers blink faster?

I think if you take out the instrument cluster there should be fuses. Maybe under the steering wheel somewhere?

To get that "chink blink" going, I used to put smaller bulbs in the corner lights on my accord. Haven't tried it with the Camry's yet, but it should have the same concept.

i did LED bulbs in my neon and that was just a pain in the butt. is there a relay underneath the dash for the blinkers? if there is i'll just do that. how do i get the dash apart without destroying everything? Also, where have some of you placed your foglights, and the switches for them?

its cheaper to just solder a new capacitor in an existing relay. it might not be as easy but its cheaper. lol. she's a college student and doesn't have a lot of money. but of course she wants to start minor mods but doesn't want to pay a lot for minor stuff. since the capacitor is less than a dollar i think she'd rather me solder it in.
