Idler pully noise on 1MZE

I get dry bearing noise when I start my V6 3 L 1999 Camry early morning.Mileage105 K miles. Sound dies down after 2 minuets but still one can hear a dry bearing noise. I removed A/C and alternator belt and started the engine. No difference. It seems I have dry Idler or tensioner pully bearing.Please correct if I am wrong.

I am looking for buying Idler and tensioner pullies.I get Koyo , GMB , and NSK brand 50% cheaper than OEM . I need some feed back if Koyo. GMB and NSK brand are as good as OEM ? I ill be grateful if some one throws some light.
