Hi, i was wondering how many miles per gallon (mpg) you automatic 4-cylinder 4th gen camry drivers get out there. Rite now i'm getting about 20.5 mpg Which seems sort of low even for local street driving. I am not really an aggressive driver so i'm a little confused. So if anyone could post their mpg or tell me if i'm running rich or something, it would be helpful, thanks!
Ray

my camry gets around 23 mpg for city driving and its a V6. if that'll help. it doesn't do too well on the highway though. my previous car (Grand Prix GTP) did much much better on the highway, i mean something a very noticeable difference (my GTP used to do around 16mpg in city and 32mpg on the highway).

20.5 mpg seems pretty low for the 4-cyl

The most I ever got on a full tank was 435 miles.. 489 miles = 786km that is a lot.. you sure your not driving a civic?

haha ok, I will sometimes drive like that but I can't stand it for very long.. I ususally go 75MPH on the HWY (I live in Canada so I can't convert very well.. but the fastest I go on the HWY at night is 160KM per hour.. and I still get good fuel economy. I say drive it hard.. it likes it.. and it is much more fun)

I got 340 miles on 16.8 gallons of 91 octane fuel... That's about 20.5 miles/gallon... I have a V6 and I do about half city/half hwy driving...

$1.53 a gallon. I would KILL for a buck and a half a gallon. Right now, as of this morning, 89 octane was 1.89. 92 octane was 2.09. 94 octane was... get this... 2.49.

I am moving.
