Supra Brake System on Camry

Will Toyota Twin Turbo Supra front brake calipers fits on Toyota Camry 2003, with 18-inch wheels? These calipers were installed on LEXUS GS 300 before.

Cool

And massive ass wheels...

No stock Camry/ES wheel can clear GS400 capliper/rotors, let alone N/A Supra, or Turbo Supra caliper/rotors.

Cool

Ummmm

17" rims won't fit supra calipers unless they're high disk, and even then must have big spacers AND you gotta be lucky. Some crappy 18" rims won't fit the damned things they're so big.

No firsthand knowledge, just been reading about GS400/430 brake swaps for years on CL.

I am thinking of installing this TT Supra calipers with 14-inch rotors on my 18" Lexani Zealous rims with additional brackets. Hopefully, it will allow more braking for my Nitto NT555 (245/40/ZR18) tires. Any suggestions on the fitment are greatly appreciated.

Hey guys, I'm glad this popped up, as I was discussing this with luistiol last night, and several months ago before I disapeared.

I would like to machine brackets so Surpa TT calipers can be run off of a Gen3, and possibly a Gen4.

I'm not really doing this for the money, I will offer the calipers brackets at very reasonable prices, should be $150, maybe less, no more. It would include all of the neccisary hardware, sp the only thing you need are the calipers and rotors.

I NEED 10 PEOPLE TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN. NO LESS.

If you are very serious about wanting a set then start a list up guys and put your name on it. By putting your name on the list you should be %95 certain you want a set, and be will to pay $80 down payment for them. This is incase someone pulls out I'm not stuck with the bill of what it cost to machine them.

SO......

If you guys want this ultimate brake upgrade to happen, get a list going!

I'd start a new post with pics of the previous brackets you designed. If I still had the camry I'd be down. Also I bet alot of people on solaraguy will be interested as well.

would you make it so it uses factory supra rotors too? Just to make sure.
That is a good deal anyways.

The kit will let you use factory supra TT rotors, or any rotor that is supra TT compatible.

ANyone else want this to happen?

We have two people, we need at least 8 more.

Why wouldn't it work well if you did the drum swap? You just need a bias valve since you'll have rear discs.

I NEED TO KNOW WHO IS INTERESTED!

Remember, by saying your interested you are saying, "hey, I'm willing to put an $80 deposite to make this happen", otherwise don't waste my time

Not trying to sound like a dickhead, but if this is going to happen it requires people to put themselves out there and make it happen.
