Wierd noise from front...

I searched and couldn't find this problem... I installed Tein lowering springs and Tokico struts last weekend and now my front struts towers make a groaning noise when I turn the wheel sharply. I have heard that it migh be the strut upper mounts but could it be the bearings? Did the springs not seat right? I cannot wiggle the springs, there is no popping and the bottom coil is in the proper dropped section of the strut. The noise is annoying but should I be worried? It only started after I lowered the car so I figured I probably messed something up. If it is the upper mounts what exactly does this mean, will I hurt anything, do they need to be replaced very soon? Please help.

It sounds like the spring hasent completly settled in did you put the rubber piece back on the perch?
PM YESCA, I think he had the same problem... you may just need to grease the berrings in the strut mounts, in any case YESCA, theamazingnate and I can prolly help you as far as labor goes.

where in St.L you at?

I did put the rubber back on the perch. It is no problem to take it apart and grease it or replace anything but it will be awhile till I can. I am just wondering if I need to worry about damaging anything critical. It seems like just an annoying noise, squeaky, like a groan when I turn the wheel. Its not rough or any resistance. I am in St. Peters, just outside St. Charles area.

I just decided to ignore it. When it warms up outside it doesnt groan or squeak so I let it go.
