When driving on the highway, it there is any wind at all, it pushes my camry around pretty good. I 've never had this problem with any other car. Usually when a gust of wind hits the car from the side, it feels like the car is going to drift off the road. Very hard to control. Any of you guys have any suggestions on what the problem could be?
Is this during a hurricane? Is your car really high for some reason? Im guessing something that might help would be to lower your car, get a RSB and a fron tower bar. that should not only help with the wind throwing your car around, but it'll also be pretty cool to have on every other road.

wind will blow any car with the right amount of wind speed
it also depends on how fast you are going
the faster you're going obviously the more of an effect it'll have on your car
also, check your tire pressures and get an alignment done.. if any of those are outta whack or uneven the wind will have an increased effect
on the autobahn i heard theres a sign that says to slow down when crossing a bridge because the cross wind will literally lift the car up and toss you like a matchbox car
wind can have a dramatic effect on a cars performance.. head wind will make your car feel like it lost power while tail wind will feel like your car picked up 10-20 hp outta no where.. even when theres no wind and you're coming up behind another car, the drafting effect makes the car go faster even though you're still giving it the same amount of gas
hmm how did i start all this babbel...

i get that on my car as well. but of course its a super wind day in the windy city of chicago and i'm driving at 80+mphs i feel that push and pull. i get scared and say wtf and just slow down. it tends to go away. but like everyone said its only on certain days at certain speeds in a certain direcrtion.
Brand/model of tires actually make a difference too. So tend to want to go straight and some respond to any input, driver or environmental. Its a balance thing.
I was with my sister one time (blonde)... and driving to mt shasta california, and there was a HUGE blizzard moving.... winds were going 40+mph... On the I-5 between redding and the shasta turn off, that long straight away, she's drving, all of a sudden, a very strung gust from the right side of the car, pushed us off the road, we fish tailed into the gravel and then skidded back onto the road and accross the road to the other side into the gravel and fish tailed in there and then skidded back to the pavement and gained control!

No hurricane. Just normal wind. I also have two other vehicles right now that don't have this problem, so I'm a little confused. I think there is something wrong on my front end. I have checked all my tires and they are in good condition. I don't think it has to do with the height of my car considering it's stock. Another related problem is that if I hit those centerline markers to change lanes, my car feels like it's getting sucked in.

I agree with you that wind can have a dramatic affect, but my camry is responding differently. You are right about the autobahn. I had a chance to drive on it 9 years ago and it was awesome. The wind I'm talking about is just normal wind, no gusts.
keep a strong grip on the steering wheel and drive with more caution at high speeds.

Try driving a Mazda MX3 on windy days . Thats what my sister drives and it literally swerves about the road on windy days. She hit a guard-rail on the parkway recently as a result..

This worked for me, after my lowering springs, new struts, and rear sway bar, my Camry handles cross-winds much better.
Of the 3 items I listed above, the rear way bar has the best bang for the buck...
