Blown fuse location

greetings
first: we are dealing with a 2001 Carmy CE (4 cyl) Gen4
Problem: during a recent interior lighting install I used the cigarette lighter as my 12v power source and ended up popping that fuse.

now the Clock, Mirrors, and cig lighter have no VDC
it is not one of the fuses under the hood by the battery (I checked them all) and they were good

does anyone know the location of this fuse?

Theres a 15 amp fuse for the cig. lighter. The fuse box is in the car near the bottom of the dash on the drivers side.
