Can anyone provide me with a picture of the EGR flange that connects to the back of the intake plenum on my 2VZFE? I need an actual photo with the proper dimensions so i can use it as a template to block my EGR off. Maybe a sketch or outline of its shape and the hole positions if anyone has one lying around.
It is a bit difficult to remove my completely and use it.
I have blocked mine off with a piece of tin wedged between the EGR flange and plenum flange. The car does run better. More poppy out of the exhaust too. But best of all, the plenum runs cooler to touch. Very happy with it. And...we don't have emmision tests here in Australia very often..if not at all, so I can get away with leaving it blocked, and if needed to removed it..simply unbolt the EGR from the rear of the plenum and take out the plate.

See if you can order a gasket for it from the parts store near you. Thats what i did to use for a template to make a plate to block off the front part to get rid of the nasty egr unit itself.

i just took a pice of copper pipe flatten it and when i took it out i just drilled my holes in it and put it on like that ... no one would see it there. the top i used rain gutter and trimed it to look good and then spray painted it.
