The black paint on the arms on my windshield wipers are chipping away. I want to repaint them and make them look new again. I dont have access to sand blaster. Whats the best way to sand them down?? What paint to use? I was going to use black touch up paint but i heard it would look too glossy. I just want them to look stock again. any pitfalls or advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
