Question Intake plenum removal

I searched and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. So my question is, when doing the plugs, and removing the intake plenum, what exactly needs to removed from the plenum? Do I really need to disconnect all my vacuum lines or just get the plenum to where I can move it a bit? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you have a v6, you pretty much need to take it off all the way if you really want total access to the plugs. Remove the vaccum lines and the lower egr system.

Max,

I did mine in February of this year. The front ones are easy to do, you already know that.

I did the back ones without taking the intake off. I used some extensions and universals. It was a bitch, took me 1 1/2 hours, but I just didn't want to take that intake off. The sight of all those hoses and stuff scared me into thinking I may miss something when I put it back together.

It's doable without taking the intake off but it is a bitch! With some patience and a lot of cursing, you can do it too.
