cut harness = paying lots of $ to a mechicanic to sit there and figure out what wires do what. try getting one with an uncut harness

The motor will fit, but the passenger side engine mount on a 2VZ-FE is different.

Best thing to do is buy a clip, instead of trying to piece together a engine, tranny, wiring harness, etc..

If your doing the swap yourself, I hope you have good mechanical, fabrication, and wiring skills. Otherwise your going to be paying a lot of $$$ for a shop to do the swap.
