Strange Noise

As i was driving back from montreal inoticed a strange noise coming from the rear (passenger side i think) of my car. It seems to be happening more and more.
It's almost like something is loose/rubbing.

But it only makes this noise around 1800-2200 RPM and then again around 3000-3200RPM
At first i thought it may have been buildup of snow and ice(Sounded like my tire was rubbing on ice/snow in the wheelwell.). But after parking my car in the garage and letting it thaw it still does it.
I'm thinking it may be the fuel pump starting to crap out. Any suggestions? I'm probably gonna bring it to a mechanic tomorrow. hopefully it aint the fuel pump. that' $$$ i dont have.

lift the rear of your car off the ground and rotate the wheel and listen to the bearings aso try to feel how the wheel is moving to see if there is any resistance

dragging brake shoe/pad?

My ex had a tiny rock get in between the dust cover and brake disk on her car and it got wedged there. That made a hell of a racket. Killed the disk.
