Unhappy moonroof leaks to trunk

There was water in the trunk of my 92 Camry where the jack is stored on the right side. I found that water was draining from the moonroof and some water was getting into the trunk.
The left side was dry, but the right side had water. Most of the water runs out the drain tubes, but some water gets into that storage well. Any similar problems and suggestions?
Thanks.

If it really is your tubes make sure its clear. Some have shot compressed air up there to clear blockage. The tube plugs into a drain rail there, it may have worked loose but I doubt it.

I had a leak that was driving me crazy. Some said it was leaking from rear window sill. First I thought it was the exhaust vent in left side of trunk first, then the spoiler, then I thought it was poor fit on the trunk. It would only leak when highway speeds were reached.

Finally figured out that the water was coming in under the seals. Took the seals off, filled them with silicon and I am gold.

The rubber seal that runs around the inside lip of the trunk, same rubber which the trunk lid comes into contact with when you close it.
If you looked at a cross section of the the seal, it would look like O<.
The O part contacts the trunk lid while the < part runs along the inside lip, holding it in place.
Water was coming in under that < part between it and the metal lip it sat on. I ran a thick bead of silicon in that < rubber part.

I first wiped everything down with kerosene to remove the old tack and gunk before laying silicon.
