L 2 D shifting bad?

i see a lot of people do L 2 D shifting in their cars for the 4spds. Is it messing their car up? It seems pretty fun to try because of the pull but it also seems like it's breaking the car.

Yup, it's fucking your car over big time. The car isn't meant to be shifted via that, so when you do it, they syncronizers aren't prepared and take a big hit from the shift. That's the reason Scott's (Neonz) tranny gave out so early. It beats on it hard. It's probably the second worst thing you can do to a auto behind neutral drops.

Don't Do It!
