Drum Brake Shaking

Well, last weekend i flushed my brakes and all that good stuff, then after i started driving around i noticed a thumping sound coming from the passenger rear area. So i jacked the car up and made sure all the lug nuts were good and tight and i pushed against the tire and heard a clunking sound. so i took my tire off and started messing with the drum brake and pushed it to see if it was the noise maker and it is.. has nebody ever had this problem before?? I appreciate any help and advice given. thanks.
