MOd Chips that will give your camry up to +20 hp

Hey, I was looking stuff on ebay for my camry and I keep seeing this sales for some mod chip called the "speed seeker" and it surpose to give your camry xtra hp up to +20hp. I was just wondering if this shiet is for real because it only cost like fucking not more den 15 dollar. An xtra 20 hp does not sound so bad if you have to put in only 15 bucks but i was just wondering if you guyz think this shiet is real or some booty wack scam.

WASTE OF MONEY. If you want to try it, go to radioshack or somewhere and buy a 25 cent resistor. That's all it is.
