picked it up this morning..... e153 off a 99 solara......
its got 26k miles on it, only driven from 99 to 00, got it for 400 bucks. they gave me a 6 month warranty cause ill be the one installing it. they would've given me 2 years but i'd have to have a qualified mechanic do it for me. its got all the cables still attached and release fork too. its in good condition, just looks dirty from the usual car-nastiness grease. has all the mounts sitll attached to it too

Where'd you find that? The way you described the warranty and the price makes me think you got it from Greenleaf in Leominster. That's where I got my manual tranny from for my swap.
oh wow you're in nashua? dude thats not far away from me, you should come to our next meet (thread's in the meetings section). i got this from linder's in worcester. is greenleaf a good place to get parts?
Greenleaf is great for gen3, 3.5 and 4 parts. They seem to purchase wrecked vehicles that are in prety good shape (except for the crash that put them there). They pull engines and trannies and catalog them. They also have a bunch of Lexus'.
I got my gen 4 shifter assembly from Linder.
I am also sending you a PM....don't want to take the thread more off topic.
