PIAA Bulb Question

I just bought a pair of PIAA Xtreme White Plus Bulbs (~4000K) to see how it looks in real life. What i am actually thinking bout getting is the PIAA Super Plasma GT-X. they didnt have the HB / 9006 series till recently. in the description for these bulbs on some sites it says low beam is 5000k and high beam is ~4200k. but camrys have seperate high and low beams. does anyone have these bulbs? and if i put these in my 9006 low beams will i get the 5000k color.

btw the xtreme white has bout the same amout of light output as stock..but whiter. if u really wanna see blue u can tell urself u see blue..but i didnt see any tint of blue.

thanks

the Gt-x bulbs that i have had in my solara for the last 2 years are more like a 8k-10k HID "color" i stress color, because it will never produce the lumens that an actual HID kit can. I enjoy my GT-X bulbs very much. That being said, its in my professional opinion that the Xtreme White bulbs actually produce more visible light, adding in driving of your vehicle.

just my 2 cents yall!

i really want the hid lights. but i am not a car guru and i am too scared to do stuff myself. computers ..another story. so i asked car toys and they said 600 bucks to get the kit in there. i dont want to buy just some kit off ebay or some local store cause 6 months later..it will probably look like something else. 600 is just a lil too much cause what i would rather do with that money is save it up for some audio stuff..or get some better brakes.

i really dont care bout the brightness..as long as its not below stock. just want that look.

You just wasted a lot of money. Don't waste $600 on those crappy hid kit. Get some OEM, cheaper, and ofcourse better. Around $450 you can get a good kit with projectors.
