Question 0-60 Times for New Generation Toyota Camry SE 5 Speed (stick)

Hi,

I can't find the 0-60mph time for the New Generation Toyota Camry SE 4 cyl stick shift.

Can anyone help?

0-60 = Weight in Kg/(maximum bhp * 0.9)

(not exact, but it gives you a general idea)

australian 2.4L manual (stick) gen 5 camry does 0-60mph in 9.3 secs according to toyota. auto 2.4L does it in 10.6secs

When Motor Trend ran the SE I-4 5-speed I believe they got to 60 in 8.4 seconds, they were goin' nuts over the fact that the 1MZ was only half a second quicker (it was an early gen5)

8.4 sounds about right, 9.3 is way too slow for SE stick.

i own one.

i'll do it and give you my time. i upgraded my steel wheels (15's) to the 17's so it will probably be a little slower....who knows....i know the speed-o is off by 1.3 mph though and i will factor that in as well.

Well if you really want one, the E153 5spd manual from the Gen 4 Camry bolts up to the 3MZ ... I'm sure you'd see a 0-60 time of about 5.9-6.2s.
