You bought a straight 30 weight oil. A 10w30 weight oil acts as a 10 weight and a 30 weight. I wouldn't recommend using a sraight 30 weight.
csaxon is right. it won't hurt a thing. 10w 30 means that the viscosity range of the oil goes as low as 10. meaning that in cold weather it will stay thin enough in cold weather to lubricate engine well. and the 30 means that it will stay thick enough to lubricate your engine when its hotter and oil tends to thin. the hotter the engine/conditions, the heavier oil you will need. I use 10w -40 in my turbo. 30wt for your Camry in Cali weather is fine.
Yeah man if it's warm in your neck of CA forget about it. No harm no foul, just change it on time.

I still say change it. When cold (below operating temperatures, not winter) it will have flow problems.
It has been described many times before but a Multi-weight oil reads like this;
a 10w-30 will function the same as a straight 30 weight oil at 100 degrees.
However in a cold start situation, that syrupy thickness may prevent oil from getting where it is needed, like the top end, farthest away from the pump or into tiny passages that wont flow right until it heats up. The protective film cover can tear at higher rpm with out warm up. The lower number is for when your engine is cold. Oil thin enough when cold to let your engine start and lubricate.
Also I was wondering if they still sold a straight 30 oil for car's engines? Thats rare for automobile oils. More for other forms of engines or light transmissions I think.
So, if you decide to keep your 30, good luck. Just make sure you really take your time getting your car to operating temperatures. Dump the dinojuice.
