I can't say I'm familiar with the 01 setup. But it seems to me if you pull up the rubber gasket from around the window jamb there might be a screw or two holding the smaller wing window in. There might also be a small bolt under the door panel securing it also. Once you get the 1/4 glass out the other window should come out fairly easily.

They don't give any detail in the Haynes for a 92-96 rear door. This is for the front.

1. Remove the door trim panel and watershield.
2. Lower the door glass into the door.
3. Pry out the retaining clips and remove the door belt moulding. Remove the screws retaining the door frame moulding and the upper moulding. Pry out the retaining clips and remove the mouldings. (the mouldings are on the door frame that surrounds the window - the post going to the roof, and the along the roof line).
4. Remove the two glass mounting bolts or nuts and disconnect the glass from the window regulator.
5. Remove the glass by pulling it up and out of the door frame. Place rags inside the door frame to prevent scratching the glass, if necessary.

Oops I'm sorry, my bad, I took the 001 in your TN name to mean you had an 2001. He probably is doing it on the 92 in the sig.

In that case here is a quote from Chiltons:

Rear Door
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the door panel to gain access to the regulator assembly.
3. Remove the service hole cover.
4. Remove the clips from the outer edge of the belt molding and remove the rear door belt moulding from the vehicle
5. Remove the door glass run.
6. Remove the division bar by removing the two screws under the weatherstripping, the screw from the panel and pulling the glass run from the division bar. Pull the bar from the door.
7. Remove the glass mounting screws and remove the door glass.
8. To remove the quarter window, remove the glass along with the weatherstrip by pulling assembly forward.

Hope this sheds more light on your problem...

Unfortunately that is how vague it is on the page as that was a direct quote letter for letter. They only have diagrams of the front window assembly. Which, as we already know, you are familar with. If you still want a scan, I can supply you with one, but I don't think it'll help any more.

Edit: Found a diagram that might help from a body parts place

remove door moulding, long horizontal rubber on outside of door

remove glass division bar, 1 screw on top and two bolts on bottom
