Cel P0446 Vsv?

Hey everyone. I got a 98 Camry V6 and for about a year now I have been driving on a CEL... its P0446. I decided to finally tackle it and fix it. I did some search and found its really common in the camry's. My question is which VSV is it because I think there is 2 in my car (EVAP and EGR). Can you actually test the VSV to make sure its busted? I found a post saying there is a TSB but how can I find the part from the TSB? Thanks greatly for the help.
