Shaved Emblems

Well, I decided to take TOYOTA, XLE, and V6 off the trunk today since I knew they did not have pegs by looking at it.

Just did not get a chance to take the adhesive off, because after 15 minutes of trying in 20F cold, my hands were frozen, so I will have to wait till it gets warmer, which will not be today since the high will be 10F!!!!!

Soon I will be putting the custom badges on!

yea,

use a heat gun...it works very good and then buff-it-out with a meguiar liquid wax...and its good to go man...

heres a pic of mine i took off my toyota and v6xle emblem...

it turned out good...

Heat gun works good, sucked because my 92 had holes, so the shop filled and painted them. But my 98 Tacoma, is officially a 8 TACO now. I thought of doing "COMA", but I thought someone would get offended and key it

I drive a jewish Toyota(Please don't take offense to that.) The T broke off I guess before I started to own it and whats left is "oyota" My cam has pegs behind the emblems otherwise i'd just shave all but the "T" emblem on the trunk. But I don't wanna have to get the holes filled in and have to have the panel repainted.
