Hi people, I posted this problem in other section before but let see if get luckier here.
The radiator fan in my '95 (same as '93 model in USA) camry VCVL10, engine 3VZ-FE do NOT cycles, stays running all the time. This is moved by fluid from the power steering system. I guess it should cycle, doesn't it? Any advice?

Mine has always run at a constant pace.

If all else fails, you could probably cap the system and switch to a set of dual high-flow electric fans. However hotter climates have reported issues with them.

mY 94 runs all the time but if you listen very closely you can hear the tone of the fan change a little when the fan actully kicks in, I guess you wold call it. of course you really have to listen closely.
