Dashlight Problem

Hi, I'm new here. Here's the situation.

I just installed a new deck into my Camry 96. Everything was working great until I found out the dashboard lights didn't work. The weird part is, the dashboard lights work when I use my remote starter/power lock functions, but does not work when the key is in the ignition and have my lights on. I also tried to remove the deck, but it did not change the problem. Does anyone know what's wrong?

Thanks

The install guys crossed a wire somewhere. That doesn't make any sense at all.

I'm not sure what happened, but I got the problem fixed. It was a BLOWN FUSE................ Changed the fuse and everything worked. Even though I have no idea how it worked with a blown fuse with the remote.

Thanks
