I will only buy Ohio HO alternators. Excellent warranty but be prepared to pay up for the big output.

Cool

Even if it did, 130amps won't run ONE of the 1900w amps and the car at the same time. This guy is looking for serious power upgrades...

Those amps could possibly draw 320 amps... That's a lot of fucking power. You *definately* need seperate power sub-systems and a large (atleast 200amp) alt. If it were me, I'd power the car and 4-way amp off the stock battery, and add seperate one for the subs.

Obviously that's the only way you can do it well anyways so hahahahahaha.

Wow! Why on earth do you need (even want) 1900 watt amps? One quarter that is enough to advertise your "kindness' to the rest of a city block. Seriously; do you take part in those competitions to see how loud you can make the interior of your car?

"3 amps" isn't an awful lot for an alternator.

The stock alternator on my '99 i4 barely puts out 12.5V at idle with the rear defroster, fan on full blast, and headlights on.

I wouldn't be surprised if you have to increase the idle speed to power amplifiers like that.

You'll love the experience. I have found nothing more rewarding that having someone come up to me and say "I ddn't think that was possible in a camry" Rest assured, sound quality is more imprtant thatn spl, the reason is anyone can be loud, but the trophy winners are the ones with the quality. I compete too, done it for a few years, and it is the best, especially when you're camry is one of the groups, my first year in Carlisle, I ran into 3 guys from here there. This year at Modified Maddness, I imagine I'll meet a few more. Have fun with it and feel free to ask away, if you have any q's for points

Hahahahahahahaha wait till you start breaking the subs in.
My "weak" pair of kicker 10" L7's power "only" buy a 1200.1 JBL destroyed my tail light seals, the stock trunk will rattle like a bitch, and unless you're going to seal off whatever speakers you have in the deck... Kiss those goodbye from flexing too!
^
And an ES 300 has a rough 3000 times the amount of sound deadening than a camry

I can't tell you what stuff to pick to wire it, but I can tell you it doesn't take long at all to vibrate shit to pieces. You'll need to find out how to hold the trunk down tighter, or insulate it so much the weight won't let it vibrate. Same for sealing the speakers in the deck, the tail lights, and things attached to the ass (tags, possibly badges etc)

Turn a descent pair of subs to around 50% load and stand outside the car. bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zz zzzzzz zzzz waa bzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Ha ha, you think that's bad? All I have is a Pioneer Source unit and 220W 6x9 rears, and the trunk rattles at 1/2 power. I'M NOT JOKING
