if i was keeping the camry I would do the same thing, I hate that gay power antenna, always getting stuck and freezing in the winter

The main reason I did it is because my motor is fried. So I figured why not do it custom.

looks good....now get a heat gun and get rid of the left over adhesive from when u removed the emblems

The antenna looks a hell of a lot better!
to boost the signal you can try splitting the lead from the headunit to the antenna and the rear defroster

in my opinion, turn the knob more to an angle i got mines to look more like a S2000 look by slanting it a bit.. you'll love it.. just rotate it a bit and you'll see what i mean

Looks neat as.
Whats the idea behind this Custom S2000 antenna..why not something else?? Does it have good signal...or just the looks? Or is it because the power antenna stuffs up?

^ Some guy named SpectraBlueCam started it years for the Camrys. It was basically a mod that the Celica guys did, and then a ton of other car owners did. There was actually a shortage of S2000 antennas here....
