Rims/Brembo's/Lowered or go for the heart first?

Well.....I hope to have enough money by the end of the summer for rims and brembo brakes, and maybe even for springs. I am wondering if I should say to hell with it and just go for the heeart first and make a sleeper?????? What do you guys think?

I'm just worried about freaking emmisions testing.......

I'm looking forward to making my brakes glow red hot, what are the best non-mail order/internet places to get rotors, and what kind should I get?

As far as pads are concerned, I'm considering carbon-metallic,

As for rotors I'm thinking either good quality standard-shaped or good quality slotted. Brembo sounds allright, I'm not into crossdrilled as I hear these are shit and crack.

Not that I'm considering it anytime soon, but are toyota's dot 5 compatible?

AFAIK, if you change fluid correctly, (likely have to flush it...? ) you should be able to run DOT 5.1 fluid in anything. (as it's my understanding it's backward compatible)

might want to see if zoni replies, he's kind of the brake authority.

Drilled is for dummies, slotted has no use for non track racing cars.

Hawk HPS pads.
Any dot 4+/5.1 fluid (Whatever you can afford... It can get expencive)

4+/5.1 is backwards compatible with everything not based off dot5, but it's best to flush it anyways.
