hey guys... does your ignition key work in your glove box lock??? mine doesnt... is it a seperate key?? i am the second owner and all I was given was 2 ignition keys

my ignition key opens, locks, and unlocks my glovebox!

does it slide all the way in??? i can only go in like 3/4s of the way in then it bottoms out.

you have a valet key, go to the dealership and get a master key made.

this happened to me but its a LONG story. my keys are really messed up...

story short:
-"master key" works in ignition, glove, and trunk, but not doors
-valet key works ignition, doors, but not glove and trunk

3/4's??....mines more like 1/4's and then it bottoms out..but it works to unlock it

If they are original keys the shape of the top section is slightly different between the two. One is more rounded than the other.
