The crank seems fine. Is it likely that this engine can be saved? What is the likely point that has frozen up? Thanks for the help, I need it!!!

First, all bearing will be scratch up on the crank and cams. Second, engine must be overheated before it seized causing more damage. Cheapest way is to buy a low milage engine. __________________
