Added JL 500/1 to power my JL 12W6v2

All I can say is Wow! With the 300/2 I had to turn the gain up, use BBE and subwoofer level at 10.

With the 500/1, I zeroed everything and BBE off. My entire car pounds like crazy. I had to add more padding for the license plate to stop the rattle. All I can say is wow! Bass in clean and pounds like hell. It makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up. After a while, I almost had to go and vomit. :smile:

I also had to rerun with 4 gauge wire as I melted the old 8 gauge wires. :smile:

Melted powerwires....yummy! Yep those subs are really powerhungry. I have started to see a few guys in the shows w/ the right setups really making the W6s and W7s pound. I was scared for a bit b/c I had seen many cars w/ W7s and not producing close to the expected numbers. Guess since its a new sub, we are all in the dark. Enjoy the pounding and show more pics!
