Question Gas/Fuel tank Leaking??

I have a 93 4cyl and leaking gas really bad. I can't get pics of it right now, but I'll do my best to describe it. Imagine your looking at the tank from the rear of the car. On your left you have the filer hose, then the braided hose to it's right. Above the tank in the middle of it is the metal line that connects to a rubber hose, then back to a metal line. Alright, now that you can see that imagine this! Center line of the tank there is that lip where the two halves of the tank meet. Well, there is gas sitting on top of that lip! It also is wet looking about an inch or two up the side wall of the tank. It looks like this directly underneath the center pipe, but at the filler neck and braided hose it's dry. Fuel is sitting on top of that lip, around the tank to the right also. Lastly the fuel also run over the edge of the tank, along the bottom of the tank as well as on to the exaust pipes heat shield under the tank. When it was cool here the last two weeks I couldn't see or smell the gas. Now that it's back in the 70's again I had a large lake of gas under my car this morning. I've seen this leak for the past few weeks. Doesn't matter if the tank is full, or nearly empty. I took the tank out about 3 weeks ago and took it to a radiator shop to have them repair it for me *thinking it was the tank* They pressure tested it under the water, and no air came from anywhere! So I was left to belive it was one of the three hoses. Well, I've taken the car out for a drive, left it sitting, checked it in the morning, checked it in the afternoon, and I still don't see any fuel leaking from the centerline hose. I don't see any fuel on the rubber hose, nor do I see a crack, or anything else that screams to me it's that line? I'm wondering if when I took the tank to him to inspect it, that it would have made any diffrence if I had taken off the heat shield? Does anyone here have a clue as to what's going on here? I mean, any advice, any help would go a long way!

Alan

Yeah I wouldn't drive it if it's leaking gas.

Ok, though I appreciate the advice, I should rephrase what I am asking....is there anyone who has advice on fixing the problem or just locating it? Anything that could help identify the leaky source? I would love to not drive it, but I don't have a choice. It's the only car the wife and I have currently.
