intake

so I just installed my new air intake, damn I didn't know they were that loud, that is a HUGE differance

now I need to get a Header and exhaust,
I have the breathing in covered now I need the breathing out.

I would have to say Short ram, all though it nearly touches the tire well.
its a MAT intake (Ebay brand...LOL)
it amazing how much cleaner it makes the motor look

and I do have a noticable increase in performance

I am please with the $50 I invested

Congrads on getting the intake. I used to have one of those hehe, makes you wanna drive faster. You should probably now look into expanding it to a Cold Air Intake, the sound will be much deeper and you'll get better performance. I think you have a 4 cylinder right? If so you can check out my site,

and in performance differnece, I hope you just mean a quicker throttle response, right? otherwise we're going back to the whole placebo effect again....


but deffinately makes the engine bay more clean looking
and less stock too

a heatshield would slow down teh heatsoak process when ya at a stand still....for about 2 seconds...

125 front wheel horsepower with major retard issues between 4500-5200RPM -
OD switched off, even when not in 3rd results in major power loss/rpm drop.
