Hey can anyone tell me how do i remove the toyoto letters and the logo from the back of my trunk?
They're kinda worn out and faded and I want to have a nice plain look with just Camry in the back. I'm thinking of just using a screwdriver and pry it out but i don't wanna dent my car.
a simple search will hit you up with a number of threads...most of the saying a heat gun or blow drier and dental floss...altho sometimes there are holes behind the letters and stuff so it wouldnt really be that plain and nice...
mine fell off a lil while ago i need to find a way to clean it up and get new letters on there personally i like the letters back there, its either that or convert to the 92-93 rear panel,
I did a serach before but i couldn't find anything. What did you type?
Wish I could join CAli meet, but it's a bad time for me. I'm in davis right now and I got school. sorry
i donno, i didnt search for it, i just remmeber a couple about it before, a screwdriver or knife or think like that can scratch the hell out of your paint. heat it up then floss it off the a little goo gone to get rid of the residue.
use floss all the way around then you will have to use you nails and pull strate back there are pegs to line them up. after you remove thinm you will have some holes in your trunk
Thanks guys, I just want to get rid of the toyota letters and the LE part. I like to make it just like the back prnc_chrmng camry. (Logo and just Camry Panel). That looks nice. I need to polish it a bit. What do i use to glue the logo back on? Superglue?
