question on a part....
In working on my car today I finally decided to ask this question....I have a gen 3 (1993) and comming off of my intake line to the throttle body is a box. It's attached on the under side of the air intake line. On it it says "Denso 17893-03010" There is only one place a hose connects to it, and that is where the line goes in. Any idea what this is?
On a second question...on the carbon filter for the fuel lines....does that ever need to be replaced? If so how often and where could I pick that up at? I searched it on here, as well as auto zone and advanced, and really can't find much on it.
As always, thanks for all the help! Oh BTW...If you read a post of mine ealier about a leaky fuel tank I found the problem today. Took it back to the radiator shop and found under pressure there is a small hole in the seam. They say it's unfixable as far as welding goes. I'm probably going to check a second opinion on that, but for the time being this will have to do....
