Ok, so i got my car serviced today, and the guy confirmed what i feared, that my left inner splash guard is ripped. He quoted 150 for a new one, theres no way im paying that, my next idea was to try and get one off a junkyard somewhere but i have no idea how to go about doing dat

Hahaha..This is the procedure:

1)Get into your car
2)Drive to a local junkyard/wrecking yard
3)Park car there
4)Get out of car and go to the counter
5)Say you going in to look around (may have to pay an entrace fee)
6)Find a car thats the same as yours
7)Locate the part, remove it
8)Go back to counter
9)Pay for it
10)Get back into your car and drive home
11)Install the part into your car
12)Enjoy!!

IS the splash guard really needed? Mine is all crappy looking and hanging low on my car, looks like shit. Will I really be puting my car at reisk by taking it off?

splash guards re required in australia haha

wher ei live you can get defected without them...how lame.
