Australia Injen IS Intake Systems

Hi for all the lads in Australia.
I Have a GEN5 '04 Toyota Camry Sportivo (Black)
and was wondering if anyone out there fitted the IS Intake Systems (Model No: IS2025) to their camrys

http://www.injen.com/new_layout/prod...p1/IS2025P.jpg

Would you guys recommend this cold intake?
how much gain am i expecting if i install this onto my car?

Does it work better than stock filter? at the moment i have stock TRD replacement filter in my stock box.

thats a short ram not a cold air intake... if its cold (like at night) itll be a bit faster.. if its hot, its going to be just as slow as stock.

itll sound trhoaty louder... erm what else.... miniscule bit better economy.

restrictive stock filter is all a myth. the problem is the standard airbox doesnt flow enough.

Custom!!
It is sooo simple to make one..you dont need to buy one.
Just use your existing intake hose or use that short intake if you want some flare and extend it which either flexible intake piping or make up some solid stainless steel tubing and run it to the front of the car. Attatch the filter and you've got CAI!!!

ya know how confusing that sounds? but yes... DIY is the easiest way. just buy some flexible tubing in 3" or so, and snake it to the front of the car... done!

short ram leaves the intake in the bonnet, sucking up hot heat.. say when ya at the red light.. ya inake soaks all hot under bonnet air so when you take of its like a snail :P cold air gets air from not under the bonnet, and also has a slight ramming effect with the air pressure atthe front of the car being forced into the filter.
