Ok, i have one of those neon licence plate frames and i want it to be off while im driving but blink with the turning signals
either way. I know if i attached the positive to the wire coming from the left and right blinking wire, it will put on both of my front signals cause the power from the one side will complete the circuit coming from the other side. I dont know a thing about a relay. What are they, where do i get one and how do i install it???? Thanks

it should work, just splice into the positive wires for both sides,

how long does it take for the neon to light up? it might look pretty retarded if it takes a sec to flicker before it warms up,

you might also have to change that fuse, as you'll be drawing a bit more power through your turn signals

no, i cant splice into the positive from both sides, if i do, when ever i want to trun right both blinkers will go on cause the circuit will be complete to the other side, so it will look like 4 way everytime i want to make a turn, doesnt matter one way. The first few blinks the neon is week, then it looks good once then transforner heats up.
no, neons take little to no power at all, it think the fuse will be fine.

so put a diode on each line, so the current can only go towards the neon, not back to the other turn signal
